Accreditation
Woodhaven’s programs, Community Living, Community Employment and Community Connections, are accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF). In 2022 Woodhaven received its eighth consecutive 3-year accreditation, the highest level of accreditation, for these programs. Woodhaven is proud to have been accredited by CARF since 1994.
To achieve this accreditation, Woodhaven must go through a rigorous peer review process and demonstrate to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that our programs are of the highest quality. Accreditation shows that Woodhaven’s programs meet internationally recognized standards for quality services.
In 2019, Woodhaven’s newest program, Community Employment and EnCircle Technologies received exemplary recognition during its first ever CARF review process.
CARF is an independent, not-for-profit accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process that centers on enhancing the lives of the persons served.
